Meet Me

Sincerely,
Emily, Your Friend with Film

My love for film photography started with my friends — documenting the little moments that make up our everyday lives. Sunday coffee runs, messy pizza parties, late-night laughs, happy hours over martinis and oysters, aimless walks through record stores. I wanted to remember it all.

Film turns those simple, fleeting moments into something timeless. The analog texture, the unpredictability, the way it slows you down. It reminds me that life isn’t just about the “big” occasions. It’s about the in-betweens too: the playfulness of parties, the sunlight filtering through your window, a quiet moment on a busy street.

Now, I bring that same energy to every shoot. Whether it’s portraits, events, or creative collaborations, my goal is to make photos that feel like memories: real, imperfect, and true to life.

If you’re in the DC area and want to capture your story on film, let’s make something together.
